Eva Teague, Owner

FLOURISH Fine Gardening is owned and operated by Eva Teague. Eva has worked with Colorado flora for more than a decade–first as an organic farmer and then in high-end residential garden maintenance–and is an expert in overcoming the unique challenges of our harsh Colorado climate. Eva is passionate about providing the highest level of landscape care for all her clients, from compact downtown properties to large estates.
Eva has a keen appreciation for the significance and beauty of home spaces. She founded FLOURISH Fine Gardening with the purpose of bringing clients’ landscapes to their full potential: be it restful retreat, comfortable family recreation space, inviting setting for entertaining, or thrilling outdoor display.

Ben is a Garden Manager at Flourish, dedicating himself to bringing out the best in each property he oversees. He also manages day-to-day operations at Flourish, facilitating communication and working to ensure that things run smoothly as we strive to fulfill each client’s expectations for their property.
Ben got his start with gardening when he first moved into a house that needed a total landscape overhaul. As he began the process of beautifying his own yard, Ben realized that gardening was something he wanted to make a career out of. As a result, switched his major, transferring from the Business School at CU to major in horticulture at CSU, graduating with a degree in Horticultural Science. He has worked in production greenhouses and eventually found his niche in landscape maintenance. Whether he is managing the maintenance crew on your property or working behind the scenes to keep things humming smoothly, Ben is consistently working hard on behalf of you and your gardens!
Nicole, Garden Manager

Nicole’s love for plants and the outdoors began as a child, while working alongside her mother in the garden cultivating produce for the family. She has been a plant lover ever since!
Nicole takes great pride in each property she maintains, taking care to leave your garden thriving and full of color. “Spring is my absolute favorite time of year, cutting away the dead matter and watching the new growth flourish!” she says.
Nicole understands the importance of working collaboratively with clients to develop confident but understated plantings that are practical, beautiful, and expressive of the individuality of each client. She is committed to growing her wealth of knowledge to keep plants thriving. Hard-working and dedicated, Nicole endeavors to provide the very best care for your garden!
Maddy, Garden Manager

A Colorado native, Maddy has always had a passion for plants and nature. Five years ago she followed her love for plants into the green industry where she has been working ever since. She has traveled throughout the US and Europe working on organic farms and botanic gardens but Colorado has always had a special place in her heart.
Dedicated to the highest standards of plant care and garden maintenance, Maddy loves taking your outdoor space and leaving it picture-perfect for you to enjoy!
Sam, Garden Manager

Sam grew up in a large family of plant enthusiasts and has always enjoyed gardening and plant care. She loved the process of designing and maintaining her own home landscape, and turned that passion into a profession by working in nurseries and garden centers. She joined the team at FLOURISH looking to expand her gardening knowledge with a more hands on approach. She loves seeing well-maintained gardens thrive under her care!
